A gin developed over 3 years, which aims to pay homage to the city that saw Gin Lovers born and grow.
A Gin that breathes Lisbon, inspired by its 7 hills, uses in its distillation 7 base botanicals and 7 additional botanicals that make us travel through the city and its history: clove petals, cinnamon, coffee, salt, basil, Arinto grapes, lettuce.
All botanicals are cold infused to guarantee unparalleled freshness, and distilled in small stills for better production control.
Developed by Gin Lovers in partnership with one of the most promising national distillers, it is distilled in the Lisbon district in traditional copper stills, using a grain alcohol base.
The end result is a Gin with charisma, young, fresh and versatile where we find salty, sweet and citrus as the main aromas.
